Hiral Soni is the founder and director of The Canadian Health Academy. She began her coaching career in 2018, teaching and mentoring Massage Therapy students as they prepared for their licensing exams — equipping them with the essential skills to pass their exams and build lasting careers as RMTs.

Since then, she has delivered continuing education courses to practitioners across the field. Her certification courses help therapists deepen their clinical skills, retain clients, and grow their revenue — translating directly into better patient outcomes and more rewarding careers.

Hiral’s passion lies in developing people both professionally and personally — building new systems to modernize outdated practices and designing programs that elevate the everyday work experience of practitioners.

She teaches a wide range of modalities, including Hot Stone Therapy, Cupping, IASTM techniques, Gua Sha, K-Tapping, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, TMJ joint dysfunction treatment, Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT), Craniosacral techniques, Visceral techniques, fascial stretch and release techniques, Indian Head Massage, and IFC and TENS unit application.

Hiral holds a B.Sc. and a DOMP, and is a Registered Manual Osteopath (RMO), along with a diploma in Reflexology. She currently teaches at an Osteopathy college and serves as a program coordinator for a Massage Therapy and Osteopathy college. Having run her own Wellness and Rehab clinic for over five years, she also brings hands-on guidance for practitioners looking to set up a clinic and grow their revenue.

With extensive experience treating musculoskeletal conditions using the very modalities she teaches, Hiral brings both deep clinical knowledge and genuine passion to her coaching — and mentors Osteopathy students through their bridging programs as well.
